What we do

Report. Repair. Reinstate.

Builders and assessors need clear evidence, an approved scope and a system that works again. That is the work we do.

Report

Damage assessment, electrical testing, thermal imaging and photographic evidence, documented in a clear report that separates event damage from pre-existing condition, based on available evidence.

Repair

Targeted repairs where damaged components can be safely rectified, with a scope of works and quotation provided for approval first.

Reinstate

Full system reinstatement where required: like-for-like or nearest-equivalent replacement, recommissioning and compliance documentation.

In practice

Hail damage to full reinstatement

100 kW
Commercial property · Logan QLD
Background

Lifecycle Electrical installed this system in early 2025.

The event

In 2026, a hailstorm damaged the array.

What we did

We assessed and tested the system, documented the damage with photographs and test results, and reported on it to support the claim. Once the claim was approved, we replaced all panels and the inverter, then recommissioned the system.

Outcome

Full system reinstatement, returned to service under the insurance claim.

Why it mattered

As the original installer, we already held the design and equipment records for the site, so the assessment started from a documented baseline.
