2. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:

  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the website or its servers.

  • Use the website to transmit harmful, illegal, or misleading content.

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without our written permission.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the site, systems, or networks.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the website at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.


3. Products and Services

Lifecycle Electrical provides electrical contracting and solar energy solutions across Australia, including:

  • Residential and commercial electrical installations

  • Solar panel and battery systems

  • Maintenance, repairs, and energy management

All quotes, proposals, and installations are subject to separate written agreements that may include additional terms, warranties, and conditions.
Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.


4. Quotes and Payments

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices mentioned on the website are applicable for a ‘standard install’. The specifications of a standard install are:
    a) Single-storey house
    b) Tin roof pitched below 24 degrees
    c) Switchboard/meter box should be up to date as per following specifications:
        i. There must be fibre fire-proof backboard.
        ii. The casing should be made out of metal and not wood/chipboard.
        iii. Existing wiring to be compliant.
        iv. No old ceramic switches, but you must have circuit breaker switches.
        v. There must be enough space available to install an isolation switch.
    d) The property should be within 50km of the Lifecycle Electrical primary office.
    e) The install address must:
        i. Have clear, unhindered vehicle access for our installers.
        ii. Have a fully completed/built home with wiring/power supply complying with current electrical standards.
        iii. The install address must not be under construction.
        iv. Have a suitable location for the inverter.
    f) The advertised price is applicable if the solar system purchased is eligible as per the Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme and you agree to assign the rights to create and collect the small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) to Lifecycle Electrical.
  • A deposit of 30% may be required before commencement of work.

  • Final payment is due upon completion, as outlined in your invoice or agreement.

  • We reserve the right to withhold completion or disconnect services for overdue accounts.

All amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise.


5. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel or reschedule work, you must notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.
Cancellation fees may apply to cover costs incurred.

Refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If you believe a service has not been provided with due care and skill, please contact us to arrange rectification or refund.


6. Warranty

We provide a 10-Year Workmanship Warranty on eligible installations, in addition to manufacturer warranties for products and components.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modification.

  • Environmental damage (e.g. storms, fire, flooding).

  • Work or alterations carried out by third parties after installation.

To make a warranty claim, contact us via admin@lifecycleelectrical.com.au with proof of purchase and service details.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifecycle Electrical is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data

  • Delays or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service or product in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, images, and designs — is the intellectual property of Lifecycle Electrical or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of this site without written permission.
